NASDAQ OMX ARMENIA LISTS FIFTH ISSUE OF ARARATBANK BONDS

Yerevan, Armenia, 2012-11-08 14:24 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On November
6, 2012 NASDAQ OMX Armenia held an opening bell ceremony to celebrate
the fifth issue of ARARATBANK ojsc corporate bonds. Unlike previous
issues, this one is nominated in US dollars.
Starting November 6, 2012, nominal coupon bonds issued by ARARATBANK
will be listed and included in the Bbond list of NASDAQ OMX Armenia.
This fifth issue of the bank's bonds comprises 40,000 coupon bonds
with nominal value of USD 25, maturity 36 months and annual yield of
9%. The issue will be traded under ARBKB5 ticker symbol.
ARARATBANK is one of the most active issuers at NASDAQ OMX Armenia.
The previous four issuers of corporate bonds by the Company were
successfully listed at the Exchange in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2011,
afterwards matured and redeemed. Currently, common nominal stocks by
ARARATBANK (ARBK) are admitted to trading at NASDAQ OMX Armenia.
To recall, ARARATBANK was also winner in two nominations of NASDAQ
OMX Armenia "Best Member Awards 2011". The Company was acknowledged as
"Best Exchange Member in Government Bonds Market 2011" and was awarded
with grand prix "Best Exchange Member 2011".
