IRAQI PREMIER , ARMENIAN DEPUTY PM DISCUSS BILATERAL COOPERATION

Baghdad, November 07 (QNA) - Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Malki on
Wednesday met with Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan,
currently on a visit to Baghdad.
The meeting focused on bilateral relations and means of enhancing
them to better serve mutual interests of the two countries.
In this regard, al-Malki called for developing bilateral relations
and establishing committees to activate cooperation on all levels
and explore fields of bilateral cooperation.
He revealed that Iraq is set to construct a railway and road network
that would make the country a conduit for goods and commodities
to Europe.
For his part, Gevorgyan reiterated his country's keenness on developing
relations with Iraq in all aspects, particularly in the sectors of oil,
gas and transportation. (QNA)
