YEREVAN. - The man, whose decapitated body was found in an Armenian
reservoir, was circumcised as well. Armenian News-NEWS.am's Police
sources confirmed this information that was disseminated in the media.
Incidentally, the man's identity is not yet determined, and the
investigation into the criminal case is still in progress.
To note, the Police Artashat city department had received call, on
Tuesday at 6:30pm, informing about a dead body in the Artashat water
canal that runs through Jrashen village. The operative team that was
dispatched to the scene discovered in the water canal the dead body of
an unidentified and athletically-built middle-aged man, whose body was
decapitated with multiple stab wounds, and he had no clothes except
for his underpants.
A criminal case is opened on murder charges. A forensic tracing and
medical examination is commissioned. An investigation is underway.
