Azerbaijan's presented military superiority to vanish in real war - expert

The exaggerated figures of the Azerbaijani military budget do not
speak of Azerbaijani superiority as in case of real technical war the
presented military superiority may vanish in a moment, military expert
Davit Jamalyan told the reporters on Friday.
He said Azerbaijan would have found a reason of resuming war long time
ago if the presented resources were enough for it.
`If they had a corresponding potential and had that superiority it
would not be difficult for them to find a reason for war and no one
could have kept them back. In case of real technical war they will
vanish speedily,' he said, voicing conviction that the war will not
resume as there are no guarantees that they will win. He said
Azerbaijan needs more resources.
The expert also assessed Serzh Sargsyan's statement that Azerbaijan is
waiting for occasion to start conflict as a diplomatic step as in this
way Azerbaijan's aggressive position is being presented.
`It is obvious that Azerbaijan is getting prepared for a war, but it
does not start it as it is not ready for it,' he said.
