Berio Armenian Diocese condemns the inhuman treatment towards the
mosques and cemeteries in Syria

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS: Not only the peaceful civilians, but
also churches and mosques are suffering a loss in a result of Syrian
clashes. This was noted in the message Armenpress was provided with by
Berio National Armenian Diocese.
`In a result of military actions in Aleppo Armenian Apostolic Church
of St. George, the Arab Evangelical Presbyterian Church and other
places of prayer have been damaged or ruined.
Der Zor Holy Martyrs Church the evidence of Armenian Genocide has been
also damaged. `For the sake of Syrian Armenians we condemn the inhuman
treatment towards the places of prayers and cemeteries.
We respect the memory of all the Syrian victims. We respect the memory
of Armenian Genocide's victims. Let they rest in peace' was noted in
the message.
