Uruguay Speaker not commenting on Azerbaijan's note of protest

YEREVAN.- Speaker of Uruguayan parliament Jorge Orrico refused to
comment on a note of protest filed by Azerbaijan on Uruguayan
delegation's visit to Karabakh.
Commenting on the reporter's remark made during Orrico's meeting with
Yerevan State University students, Speaker said he is not answering
the reporters' questions during the meeting.
Earlier Azerbaijan's embassy in Argentina also accredited in Uruguay,
sent a note of protest to Uruguay's foreign ministry on delegation's
visit to Karabakh.
Speaking about Armenia-Uruguay cultural ties, Orrico said the
countries are very close and Armenian community made a considerable
contribution to Uruguay's culture.
`Relations between our cultures and societies have big future,' he emphasized.
