THE WORLDWIDE ARMENIANS WILL HELP ARTSAKH AND SYRIAN-ARMENIANS IN THE FRAMES OF "TELETHON 2012"

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 20, ARMENPRESS: The preceding Phonathon of annual
Telethon of All-Armenian Found this year has 7-8 percent growth in
comparison with 2011, especially 7 percent in France and 8 percent in
all European countries. As the head of PR department of All-Armenian
Found Hasmik Grigoryan informed "Armenpress" there is already a
promise of 1, 4 million Euros, and especially in the case of France
the fundraising still continues.
"The Telethon 2012, which will have the title "Our Village" will
launch on November 22. We have fundraising events during the whole
year and charity concerts in different countries and cities: Great
Britain, Germany, Moscow, Paris, Montreal and the Lebanon Marathon
are ahead. Hasmik Grigoryan mentioned: "One of the features of this
year Telethon is that the ten percent of the whole profit will donated
to Syrian-Armenians needs." Funds will be used for the construction
of Community Centers in Armenia and Artsakh. In addition to European
countries Argentina and Brazil also joined to the Telethon.
