With a deep sorrow in my heart I learnt about the untimely death of
the People's Artist of Armenia Flora Martirosyan.
Armenian art of singing lost a singer keeping our Armenian folk
songs alive and spreading them throughout the world with her unique
performances. Flora Martirosyan's unique, melodic voice and unmatched
performance spread love and warmth worldwide, reaching the hearts
of different generations and nationalities and rippling the concert
halls in Armenia and abroad.
I extend my condolences to Flora Martirosyan's relatives and friends
and I share their great grief.
