ARMENIA SIGNS AIR SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH UAE
YEREVAN, November 21. /ARKA/. Armenian foreign minister Edward
Nalbandyan and Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan of the United Arab
Emirates signed an intergovernmental agreement about air transport,
the press service of Armenian foreign ministry reported.
At their meeting in Abu-Dabi the ministers expressed satisfaction
with dynamics of the bilateral relations and agreed about timing of
the first meeting of the intergovernmental commission. The ministers
also agreed to have consultations of the foreign ministries, expand
the legal framework of cooperation, boost economic ties and cooperation
in culture and education.
The counterparts discussed international issues, the aggravated
situation on Gaza Strip and recent events in Syria in particular. -0-
