Official Baku is prepared to `pardon' those who had visited
Nagorno-Karabakh, at different times, and whose entry into Azerbaijan
was forbidden after that, Azerbaijani MFA Press Secretary Elman
Abdullayev told SalamNews agency.
To note, until recently Azerbaijan was declaring as persona non grata
anyone who paid a visit to Karabakh.
Also, Abdullayev stated that such people can now apply to Azerbaijan's
corresponding agencies and their applications will be considered.
The aforesaid Azerbaijani `black list,' however, does not include
those who have visited Nagorno-Karabakh with Azerbaijan's permission.
