Drone production is promising in Armenia - expert

YEREVAN. - The designing and manufacturing of unmanned aerial vehicles
(UAV) is a promising direction in Armenia, Enterprise Incubator
Foundation Executive Director Bagrat Yengibaryan told Armenian
News-NEWS.am.
`Armenia could have a [respective] market in two parts. Material
science is very developed here, and [the country] could create and
manufacture unmanned aerial vehicles. Second, is the production of the
flying devices themselves, if the identification matter is resolved,'
Yengibaryan said.
Also, he highly appreciated the activities by the Armenian Union of
Information Technology Enterprises, owing to whose efforts, now there
is a considerable interest in Armenia toward UAVs.
