Raffi Hovannisian causes row at international conference in Baku

Baku. Parvin Abbasov - APA. Raffi Hovannisian, former Foreign Minister
of Armenia, chairman of the `Heritage' Party attempted to disrupt the
7th General Assembly of the International Conference of Asian
Political Parties (ICAPP) in Baku, APA reports.
Raffi Hovannisian unexpectedly approached the tribune and wanted to
speak without permission. The persons chairing the meeting called on
him to obey the discipline. Raffi Hovannisian demonstrated aggression,
began to shout and make groundless claims.
The Azerbaijani delegation and the delegations of most countries
banged the tables to express protest against his misbehavior. So, his
voice was unheard and he was obliged to take his seat.
