Presidents of European Commission and Georgia to visit Armenia
Yerevan/Mediamax/. President of European Commission José Manuel
Barroso will pay a visit to Armenia on November 30.
Mediamax learned this from one of diplomatic sources in Brussels. In
Yerevan, José Manuel Barroso is scheduled to take part in the second
Eastern Partnership Summit of the European People's Party (EPP).
According to Mediamax's information, President of Georgia Mikhail
Saakashvili and EPP President Wilfried Martens will also arrive in
Yerevan to take part in the Summit.
The first Eastern Partnership Summit of the European People's Party
was held in Batumi this July. Armenia was represented by Ministers of
Foreign Affairs and Education, Edward Nalbandyan and Armen Ashotyan.
