BEIRUT. - While forming foreign policy stance, Armenia considers both
the pan-Arab and Lebanese interests, Armenia's President Serzh Sargsyan
said at a joint press conference with his Lebanese counterpart Michel
    Suleiman in Beirut.

Armenia attaches importance to international cooperation with Lebanon,
    he stressed.

Expressing gratitude for warm reception in Beirut, President Sargsyan
said the high level visits prove there are good relations between
the states "and aspirations to further develop relationship."

"Earlier we had effective talks with President Suleiman and discussed
the possible inclusion of new fields in the Armenian-Lebanese
cooperation. We exchange views on the processes in the Middle East
and the South Caucasus. We confirmed that our relationship is based
on good faith, mutual respect and trust," he emphasized.

Speaking about the 20 years of diplomatic relations between the states,
Serzh Sargsyan pointed out parliamentary, cultural, educational,
scientific communication, over three dozen documents signed by
    the sides.

"We agreed to use every opportunity to promote bilateral economic
    cooperation," he added.
