    THE NEGOTIATIONS REGARDING THE REGULATION OF THE NAGORNO KARABAKH CONFLICT WILL CONTINUE ON THE LEVEL OF THE MINISTERS OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS

    YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 26, ARMENPRESS. The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Robert
    Bradtke of the United States, Igor Popov of the Russian Federation,
    and Jacques Faure of France and the Personal Representative of
    OSCE Chairman Anjey Kasprzik paid an official visit to the region
    on November 19-26. In the framework of the visit they the Co-chairs
    visited Nagorno Karabakh, Armenia and Azerbaijan. The visit is aimed to
    the support the peaceful regulation of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

    The OCSE Press Service informed "Armenpress" that the OSCE Minks
    Group Co-Chairs had meetings with the President of the Republic of
    Armenia Serzh Sargsyan and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Edvard
    Nalbandyan on November 23. In Baku they have met with the President
    of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of
    Azerbaijan Elmar Mamedyarov on November 26. And on November 21-22
    the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs had meetings with the authorities of
    Nagorno Karabakh. In traveling to Nagorno-Karabakh on November 21, the
    Co-Chairs visited Zangilan and Jabrail regions to assess developments
    in those territories since their last visit in October 2010.

    The Co-Chairs reviewed with Presidents Sargsyan and Aliyev the results
    of the separate meetings they held with Foreign Ministers Nalbandyan
    and Mammadyarov in August and September, and discussed the ideas on
    the continuation of the peace process that they had presented to the
    Ministers in their joint meeting in Paris on October 27. The sides
    agreed to carry out further work on the level of the Foreign Ministers.

    The Co-Chairs expressed appreciation to Ambassador Kasprzyk and his
    team for their work in monitoring the ceasefire during this difficult
    period and for facilitating this trip to the region, particularly
    the travel to Zangilan and Jabrail regions.
