ARMENIAN DEFENSE MINISTER VISITS AFGHANISTAN

The delegation headed by Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan
has left for the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan today for a two-day
working visit.
Within the framework of the visit the Armenian Defense Minister
is expected to meet with his counterpart Bismillah Khan Mohammadi,
Deputy Commander of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF)
in Afghanistan, Lieutenant General Nick Carter and Commander of the
ISAF Regional Command North, Major General Erich Pfeffer.
Issues related to Armenia's involvement in ISAF and other questions
of bilateral interest will be on the agenda of the meetings.
The delegation headed by DM Seyran Ohanyan will visit the Armenian
peacekeepers, who have been carrying out mission in Kunduz and Mazari
Sharif since 2010.
