Possible Israeli and U.S. strikes on Iran may have irreversible
consequences for the region, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan
said in an interview with Interfax.
"That will be very bad for the region and Iranian neighbors. There
may be a chain of negative events, which will be hard to stop and
which will be fraught with catastrophic events," he noted.
Armenia adheres to settling the Iranian nuclear problem at
negotiations, Sargsyan said. "It is very important that Iran could
reach an agreement on peaceful uses of atomic energy with the
international community," he said.
