PROSPEROUS ARMENIA TO DISTRIBUTE MATERIALS ON OSKANIAN'S CASE AMONG PACE DELEGATES

YEREVAN. - Materials on the case of former FM and Prosperous Armenia
Party (PAP) MP Vartan Oskanian and The Civilitas Foundation will be
distributed among PACE delegates, PAP spokesperson Tigran Urikhanyan
said in a statement.
"The PAP will hold a consultation soon and the public will be informed
about the party's further steps. As for the PAP MPs actions in the
PACE, the delegates will also receive materials on Oskanian and The
Civilitas Foundation case to consider it exclusively in the legal
field," the release stated.
To note, the PAP political council has already given its assessment of
the criminal case against Oskanian and the petition by the Prosecutor
General saying it has legal basis.
