ANC parliamentary faction MP Aram Manukyan addressed an inquiry to
Tigran Sargsyan during the NA-Government Q& A: "I'm obliged to ask
a question: 21 days ago I've conducted an oral poll on the elections
to local self-government bodies, concerning the Bambakashat incidents.
On September 11, I submitted a letter, in accordance with your advice ,
and received the response on 28, in the case, when the alert was about
crime and the elections disorder expected on September 23. And the
response is received only when the concern has passed. What attitude
is this? As well as today, you, as the main speaker, are obliged
to be present when inquiries are made to the speaker, and you have
already left the hall. Mr. PM, no matter the government wants or not,
it is responsible before this institution," said Aram Manukyan.
In response to the latter's inquiry, the Prime Minister said: "The
government has expressed no disrespect to the deputies. Disrespect
towards the government members is observed by some MPs. I've assigned
the Chief of Police on the same day, who was operatively reporting
on the situation."
