YEREVAN.- There is no need to comment on the statement of Armenia's
second President Robert Kocharyan, it speaks for itself, ARFD member
Aghvan Vardanyan told reporters in parliament on Friday.
He said many comments on the statement were coordinated by one center.
Aghvan Vardanyan is confident that Oskanian's case is politically
motivated.
ARFD member also expressed concern over Prosperous Armenia Party's
decision to boycott parliament sessions.
"It may lead to serious processes. At the moment it is not clear
whether they will return to parliament," he emphasized.
In his statement Kocharyan called former minister Oskanian "one of the
most successful ministers and an Armenian politician who withstood
the test of the authorities" and expressed regret over the recent
developments.
