HENRIK MHITARYAN UKRAINIAN CHAMPIONSHIP BEST PLAYER

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 5, ARMENPRESS: Midfielder in Armenian National
Football team and Ukrainean "Shakhtar" Henrik Mkhitaryan was recognized
best player of the championship of Ukraine in September. As Armenpress
reports citing soccer.ru website , "Kamanda" newspaper polls show
Mkhitaryan has scored 19 points. The second place is held by Yevgeni
Konoplyak " Dnepr" seven points. The third and fourth places are
shared by other "Shakhtar" footballers Alexander Kucher and Ruslan
Rotan with reportedly six points.
It is already the second time Mkhitaryan is recognized Ukrainian
Championship best footballer. Armenian midfielder was the best in
August as well. Mkhitaryan started his career in Yerevan "Pyunik"
club. The young footballer played for three years and half in the
ranks of longtime champion, scoring 35 goals and playing 89 games. In
the course of this period Mkitaryan became Armenia's "Gold medal ",
Armenia's Independence Cup and two-time Super cup winner.
