ANTI-ARMENIAN LEVERS SAVED

In fact, there are no anti-Armenian levers, there are tricks for
influence and control over the region. However, different tricks have
different effect on the same or different countries.
Now, one can already draw conclusions on what happened regarding
the deal of Budapest and in what situation Armenia found itself. The
Armenians made a clamor, not always and not fully understanding the
meaning of this deafened sound if Armenia is willing to continue the
talks mediated by the Minsk Group. Some functionaries hinted that
Armenia will not continue the negotiations and every observer seemed
to get their share of ~Sself-satisfaction~T they have a right to.
In other words, an attempt was made to conduct ~Sreal politik~T
to one~Rs liking, saving formal relations. However, what happened
demonstrated that ~Sreal politik~T of small states supposes observance
of certain formalities and facture. Some states and international
organizations have made modest evaluations of what has happened and
the case was closed as it had been supposed.
What is the point of discussing an issue which Armenia has closed,
announcing that the talks on the Karabakh issue will continue? Now
the external sides have set to accelerate the continuation of the
talks with any ideological and technical content because it does
not matter what is being negotiated, it is important to continue
the imitational base of the talks which will ensure the format of
relations on this arena.
Hence, Armenia will have to continue the talks following the principles
of Madrid which include return of the lowlands of Karabakh, uncertainty
over the timing of the referendum on status, return of Azerbaijanis to
the territories of our homeland, withdrawal of the Armenian forces,
total lack of understanding of the destiny of Karabakh, without any
mentioning of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
There are issues which require observance of formality because nobody
will attach importance to carefully hidden motives. Perversion may
acquire any form, demonstrating the depth of political nullity and
venality, commenting on the role of the Minsk Group but the result
is this. By the way, the Budapest-Fizuly bastard is still safe and
sound and walks on the asphalt.
