HUNTSMANS' LETTER UNVEILED ON OCTOBER 1 - CIVILITAS

The Civilitas Foundation has responded to allegations that they
avoided to publish a letter by the Huntsman family.
In statement it has denied the recent media reports, saying that
the letter was published back on October 1 and distributed among
the parliament members and media representatives at the National
Assembly, as well as submitted to the Prosecutor General's Office
and the National Security Service.
The Huntsmans' letter is provided below:
"On behalf of Huntsman International LLC and Polymer Materials Inc.,
we request that the revenue of the sale of shares of Huntsman building
products LLC be transferred to the Civilitas Foundation through the
person of the founder of the foundation and chairman of the board, Mr.
Vartan Oskanian." .
