IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO BUILD A MODERN STATE AND SOCIETY WITHOUT EFFICIENT EDUCATIONAL SYSTEM: PRIME MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 17, ARMENPRESS. Armenia is interested in integration
procedures in educational and scientific spheres, as this will
encourage future development of educational system of our country. As
reports "Armenpress" this was announced by Prime Minister of the
Republic of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan during the 2nd Conference of
Workers of Educational Sphere and Teachers from state members of CIS
held in Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex. Tigran Sargsyan
said: "It is our duty to establish such an educational system, which
will make possible to go to new level and enrich his knowledge for
each citizen".
According to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia it's
impossible to build modern state and society without efficient
educational system. Tigran Sargsyan said the following: "The main mean
of the development of modern society is neither trade, nor industry,
but new knowledge. This is what governments should do to change all
the system of public administration according to this thesis. The
state is obliged to create such infrastructures, that a person could
realize himself using his talent and knowledge".
Delegates from Armenia, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Tajikistan,
Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Moldova are participating in
this conference. The main purpose of the conference is the development
of priorities of cooperation in the sphere national systems of
education and sciences and making cooperation between CIS countries
more dynamic.
