"ARMAVIA" PAID BACK "ZVARTNOTS" DEPT REACHING PERMITTED DEBT LEVEL STIPULATED BY THE AGREEMENT
YEREVAN, OCTOBER 22, ARMENPRESS: "Armavia" air carrier redeemed the
dept of "Zvartnots" airport reaching the threshold of dept stipulated
by the agreement, 2 million 360 thousand dollar. As "Armavia"
air carrier company news service informed Armenpress, currently
"Zvartnots " airport continues to regularly service "Armavia" air
carrier's flights." The company continues to make money transfers to
pay back the accumulated dept, Friday transfer marked million level.
Gevorg Abrahamyan" Zvartnots" airport press secretary confirmed
"Armavia" company's October 22 flights were normally served, yet
calculations are underway due to the dept, the clear answers will be
available on October 23.
" Armavia" and "Armenia international airports" have signed agreement
on March 15, 2011, in accordance to which the airport agreed to
meet "Armavia" requirement, particularly reviewing the service
tariffs. "Armavia" in its turn committed to stand the accumulated
debts by September accordingly to the schedule timetable . Armavia
accumulated 5, 3 million dollar within 6 months.
"Zvartnots " again refused to serve "Armavia" flights as the permitted
level of dept exceeded 1 million dollar in October 17, 2012.
