Shirak Center NGO referred in its regular material to the life of a
woman transporting goods in the Gyumri's central food market with cart.
According to the NGO's press release, 43-year old Almast Hakobyan,
single mother of three, does not have even her own shack and lives
in a wagon-house of one of her old acquaintances.
The state will not provide her apartment compensation as she has
not lost apartment as a result of the earthquake and it is not clear
whether she will have an apartment or not.
She lives in the wagon-house without her children. They are are living
in one of Yerevan's children's houses.
