PanARMENIAN.Net - The October 27 meeting between Armenian and
Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers in Paris will become the first attempt
to break the ice after Azeri exe-killer Ramil Safarov's release,
according to the head of European Integration NGO.
At the October 25 news conference in Yerevan, Karen Bekaryan predicted
arrangement of Armenian-Azerbaijani presidential meeting to be added
to OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs agenda.
"OSCE MG co-chairs, as well as the international community have already
expressed their views on the matter. It's now Armenia's turn to speak
on the issue, and she has a lot to say," Bekaryan noted.
"During the Foreign Ministers' meeting, Armenia has to raise the
issue of pulling snipers from Armenian-Azerbaijani border, as well as
demand additional legal guarantees in provision of Artsakh's security,"
the expert said.
