ARMENIAN INMATE CUTS LITTLE FINGER AMID PROTEST (PHOTOS)

Four inmates at the Nubarashen penitentiary have declared a
hunger-strike, complaining of their verdicts and the situation
in prison.
In a letter to Henaran.am, they have expressed their anger with the
prison conditions. As a sign of protest, they have also sent one of
the inmates' cut little finger to the editorial office.
Tert.am contacted Gor Ghlechyan, a spokesperson for the penitentiary,
for comments, but he promised to respond to our correspondent a
little later.
