ARMENIAN INMATE SEVERS FINGER IN PROTEST AGAINST PRISON CONDITIONS

PanARMENIAN.Net - The rapid response group of Armenian Ombudsman's
Office arrived at Nubarashen prison after an inmate severed his
finger and sent in to Henaran.am news agency in protest against
prison conditions.
As the Ombudsman's spokesperson Naira Karmirshalyan told
