YEREVAN. - One of the nine people, who were injured as a result of
the October 25 collapse of a semi-constructed building at the heart
of Armenia's capital city Yerevan, is still in stable but critical
condition at a hospital reanimation ward. Five others are continuing to
be treated in other wards, the Health Ministry press service informs.

Also, one of the two persons, who sustained injuries as a result of
the October 25 elevator accident that occurred in a newly constructed
building in Yerevan, is in average stable condition at another
hospital reanimation ward. The second injured, on the other hand,
is in a relatively better condition and he is receiving treatment at
    the surgery department.

As Armenian News-NEWS.am informed earlier, a construction crew of
eleven remained under the debris as a result of the October 25 collapse
of a building in downtown Yerevan. The Ministry of Emergency Situations
received a call at 1:10pm informing that firemen and rescuers were
needed. Subsequently, the firemen and rescuers were dispatched to
    the scene.

Identities of the nine injured are made public, and they are as
follows: Kamo Kagramanov, 50, Arman, 40, Arman Grigoryan, 25, Arsen
Hayrapetyan, 30, Nahapet Badalyan, Volodya Matevosyan, Sirak Tovmasyan,
Edik Sukiasyan, 30, and Robert Arakelyan, 53.

A criminal case has been launched on charges of violation of the
    employment protection rules.

Separately, a Yerevan building elevator's cable had snapped from
the building's seventeenth floor and, as a result, the elevator had
fallen on the persons who were working in the elevator shaft. MES had
received this information on October 25 at 5:22pm. Also, it was found
out that the elevator was not registered in the MES records and it
had not undergone an inspection. Two died and two others sustained
    injuries in the mishap.
