T.HAKOBYAN:ARMENIAN-TURKISH PROTOCOLS LOAD ON ARMENIA'S SHOULDERS

There are no Armenian-Turkish relations, they have never been on such
a low point during the last twenty years as they are at present, said
today Tatul Hakobyan, the author of the book "Armenians and Turks".
The Armenian - Turkish protocols, according to T. Hakobyan, are "a
load on the shoulders of the Armenian Republic," and the Turks are
to gain all possible benefits till the Armenians didn't refuse all
those protocols.
Concluding his speech T. Hakobyan mentioned that the Armenians should
refuse those protocols as soon as possible, by using any reason.
"Turks give a reason every day; the Armenian side, however, does not
refuse the protocols because of the political expediency."
