On behalf of the National Assembly and personally me I congratulate
you on the occasion of your birthday. As an experienced public and
political figure you have a weighty contribution in the establishment
of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic as a sovereign country.
The accomplishments and progress, which are recorded in NKR in recent
years, are mostly conditioned by your activity as an incumbent
president. I am convinced that henceforth you will also continue
making efforts for peaceful and safe future of the NKR people for
the sake of stronger welfare state.
Once again congratulating you on your birthday I wish you health,
well-being, success in your activity for the benefit of the NKR.
