Hungarian opposition confirms that Hungarian government cut a deal and
expresses indignation

LMP opposition party of Hungarian parliament shares the concern and
indignation of the Armenian people over Ramil Safarov's release.
Hungarian Lehetmas.hu newspaper reported LMP also confirmed that the
Hungarian Government itself promoted to the release of the criminal.
They noted, with that step the authorities cut at Armenia and led to
the suspension of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
"If the Hungarian Justice Ministry did not have the will not to
extradite Safarov to Azerbaijan, then the Foreign Ministry had to have
drawn attention to possible consequences. The Hungarian Government
took that step being given the promise of $2-3 bln investment by
Azerbaijan,' LMP opposition party's statement runs.
