In the interview NKR Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan gave to
journalists at the Stepanakert memorial complex on September 2 he
also spoke of Ramil Safarov's extradition and noted, "Our army will
give an adequate response and will endeavor best efforts for that
bastard to pay the full penalty for his crime."
In answer to the question concerning the situation on the frontier
the defense minister informed that some tension was felt there yet
that was not a problem as the defense army controlled the situation
and gave an adequate response to the enemy."
