'SARGSYAN'S WAR STATEMENT IS DESIGNED FOR PUBLIC'

Armenia's victory over Azerbaijan is impossible, while Azerbaijan
can destroy Armenia's army within a short period of time.
Chairman of the Azerbaijani-Belgian Friendship Society Ayhan Demirci
has told the statement to Gun.Az while commenting on Sargsyan's
statement that his country is ready to win any war against Azerbaijan.
"The Armenian government should keep in mind that Azerbaijan can rout
Armenia in the war, and economically and socially weakening Armenia
can fall as a state. In addition, the Azerbaijani army can move up
to ancient Azerbaijani land of Iravan.
I think that Sargsyan has designed this statement for public, and this
statement he just tries to settle the people down. This is because
the transfer of Ramil Safarov to Azerbaijan has exacerbated the
situation in Armenia. But today the reality is that Azerbaijani army
is the strongest army in the region and it continues to strengthen,"
