ARMTECH 2012 5TH GLOBAL HIGH-TECH FORUM IN THE SILICON VALLEY NOVEMBER 14-15

For the fifth time in a row IT companies of the world will gather
for the the ArmTech 2012 5th global high-tech industry business forum
and conference in the Silicon Valley November 14-15.
The participation in the forum will be free of charge this year and
will be held thanks to the cooperation between the state and private
sectors and international organizations. An Armenian office will be
opened in the Silicon Valley. According to preliminary calculations,
up to $150 thousand will be spent on the organization of the event.
The cooperation between the private and public sectors and
international organizations has proved the most effective, Minister
of Economy Tigran Davtyan told a press conference today.
"Experience shows that such events are the most effective, as they
allow to mobilize more resources and achieve better results," he added.
ArmTech 2012 will feature heads and representatives of state agencies,
industrial and educational establishments from Armenia, the United
States, Russia, Australia, Europe, Latin American and CIS countries.
ArmTech Congress, the official global high tech networking platform
of the Republic of Armenia under the patronage of the Prime Minister,
strengthens links and collaboration among high tech and business
communities worldwide, examines opportunities for investment and
partnerships, highlights challenges and strategies for further
development in a dynamic global economy, and showcases Armenia as a
viable and rapidly-growing high tech destination.
