ARMENIAN MINISTRY OF JUSTICE OPENED A HOT LINE TO ASSIST SYRIAN ARMENIANS

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 5, ARMENPRESS: A hot line was launched in Armenian
Ministry of Justice aimed at showing assistance to our Syrian
compatriots. As Ministry informed Armenpress, Syrian Armenians can
be provided with consultation in civil status acts registration on
(birth, marriage, death, divorce, adoption, paternity determination,
Renaming, apostil) , state register of legal entities, issues related
to implementation of notary activities by Ministry hot line, phone
35-83-99.
In result of clashes between opposition and Governmental forces in
Syria more than ten Armenians have died and two of whom were soldiers
of Syrian Army. During the last period representatives of Armenian
community of Syria also began to leave the country. The applications
submitted from Syria by our compatriots are being envisaged by
accelerated procedure, at least within ten days. 41 families consisting
of 76 members have applied to migration service of Armenia in order
to get shelter and already 27 families have got temporary habitations.
