ARMENIANS ARE NOT SO CLEVER - OFFICIAL

    Novruz Mammadov
The silence of world union regarding the calls of Armenian for
    terrorism regrets us.

    We cannot accept it.

The statement came from chief of the international relations
department of the Presidential Administration (PA) Novruz Mammadov,
    Gun.Az reported.

"We as a young state want them to say whatever they want about
Azerbaijan, but to be just in this case, and express justice. But
unfortunately, we do not observe that," the PA official said, adding
that as soon as they hear something about Azerbaijan, all of them
stand up and begin to voice position in this regard.

"But they say nothing about the 20-year occupation of Azerbaijani lands
by Armenia and presence of over one million Azerbaijani refugees and
IDPs. We cannot accept this. Such an unfair position will bring harm
    to them strategically."

As for the development of a document about the recognition of
independence of occupied Nagorno-Karabakh region by the Armenian
Parliament, Mammadov noted that this shows disrespect of Armenia to
    the norms of international law.

"This is because Armenians see some forces standing behind them. These
forces enable Armenians to say anything and to do anything. And no
one reacts on these acts of theirs.

Such steps emanate from this fact. But Armenians are not so clever,
because all of these are steps made out of panic and hysterics.

    Currently, Armenians are in hysterics.

And this is proven by the fact that they are making any steps that
come to their mind. Ideas about the recognition of self-proclaimed
"Nagorno-Karabakh Republic" are one of these steps. Thus, they will
efface all the work done up to now, manifest that they are aggressors
and are conducting aggressive policy and want to own the territory
of another country not legally but forcedly. And this would cost much
and be a big blow for them."
