Gagik Harutyunyan says resumption of military actions is unlikely

truth we should bring to the attention of the world,' Director of the
Noravank Foundation Gagik Harutyunyan told reporters today.
The release and glorification of Ramil Safarov was not a surprise to
Gagik Harutyunyan. What's surprising is the reaction of the European
countries, he said.
According to Harutyunyan, the international community, particularly
the Minsk Group co-chairing countries, must come to understand the
impossibility of the NKR people's living under Azerbaijani
jurisdiction.
Gagik Harutyunyan considers that Ramil Safarov's transfer and release
have complicated the process, but believes that the negotiations must
continue, and this stems form the interests of our nation.

under the current conditions.
