`Many rallies have been organized in different parts of the world in
connection with Safarov's extradition to Azerbaijan. The rallies,
however, did not influence the Hungarian authorities,' said political
scientist Narek Galstyan today.
Condemning is not enough, we should put stresses, `We shouldn't expect
that Hungary will change its decision, but we should demand from the
Hungarian authorities to demand from Azerbaijan to return Safarov and
to announce Aliev persona non-grata. By this step the Hungarian
authorities will save their face.'
`The RA authorities and the Diaspora should have a clear plan
concerning this issue. It's a global problem which needs to have a
precise strategy. We should define our strategy and combine all our
forces around it,' N. Galstyan stressed.
