SAFAROV'S EXTRADITION HAS BEEN INCLUDED IN THE AGENDA OF HUNGARIAN NATIONAL SECURITY AUTHORITY

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 18, ARMENPRESS: The topic of Safarov's extradition
has been included in the Hungarian National Security's agenda. The
issue of Safarov's extradition had been removed from agenda earlier
reports Armenpress citing atv.hu. Hungarian site also reports that
this issue had been also discussed in the Hungarian Parliament's
Foreign Affairs Committee.
Ramil Safarov hacked Armenian serviceman Gurgen Margaryan in Budapest
on February 19, 2004.Servicemen were participating in English training
courses in the framework of NATO's programs in Budapest. Hungarian
court sentenced Ramil Safarov to a life imprisonment. On August 31,
2012 Hungarian authorities decided to extradite the assassin to
Azerbaijani where he was granted pardon by the president Ilham Aliyev.
Furthermore he has been advanced in career, provided with an apartment
and a passport. Armenia suspended relations with Hungary.
