Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan said
today that the "international community has enough facts not to
trust Azerbaijan."
The Foreign Minister said this at a joint press conference with the
Minister of State at the Britain's Foreign and Commonwealth Office,
David Lidington, Mediamax reports.
According to Nalbandyan, this may be proved by the fact that Azerbaijan
assured Hungarian authorities that Ramil Safarov will continue to
serve his sentence in Baku.
"Azerbaijan has frequently shown that it not only doesn't respect
the reached agreements but even ignores them, also during the Nagorno
Karabakh peace talks," the Minister said.
Edward Nalbandyan recalled that in spite of reached agreements,
Azerbaijan has done everything possible to frustrate the creation of
a mechanism for investigating the incidents on the contact line.
The Minster also brought other examples, including Azerbaijan's
rejection of the agreements on NK settlement reached at the meetings
in St. Petersburg, Sochi and Kazan.
