to Vladimir Dorokhin.

officer Ramil Safarov. Zhirinovsky, who attend the event, made
anti-Azerbaijani remarks, inciting hatred, terror and violence against
the Azerbaijan people.

call' cast a shadow on `cooperative and friendly relations between the
two countries'.
The deputy FM also described the incident as `a blow to Russia`s
mediation mission in the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict
