The Hungarian authorities have conducted a deal with the ruling regime
in Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh Republic National Assembly's (NKR NA)
Dashnaktsutyun, Democracy, and Motherland factions' joint statement
reads.
`Safarov's extradition and the special care manifested toward him in
Azerbaijan are unprecedented challenges hurled at civilization,
international law, and especially at the mediation efforts to form a
climate of tolerance and peace in the region.
With this move, Azerbaijan yet again manifested an inclination toward
not carrying out the reached agreements, and these actions cannot
inspire confidence. This fact must not and cannot be disregarded.
The international community must strongly condemn these and similar
actions as attempts to make a society become fascist and to justify
crimes that bear a genocidal nature.
We call upon all parliaments of the countries to make a worthy
assessment of what has transpired,' NKR NA factions' joint statement
reads in particular.
