Two Western astronauts declared personae non gratae in Azerbaijan
Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry has put US astronaut Charles Duke and
Swiss astronaut Claude Nicollier on the black list for visiting
Nagorny Karabach without approval from Baku, a spokesman with the
Ministry told Interfax.
On September 16, the astronauts traveled to Nagorny Karabakh to take
part in the conference `Human and Space'.
Nagorny-Karabakh is a region that is officially part of Azerbaijan,
but under Armenian control.
