`I am completely dissatisfied with Horton's half-praise of RA
government. There's noting to praise: for instance, the budget has
been fulfilled since the numbers for 2012 are comparatively lower than
in 2011. Economic growth is a balloon growth because of including
insurance and mining', MP and former prime minister Hrant Bagratyan
stated this today in a press briefing touching upon IMF Armenia head
Mark Horton's praise of RA government. Bagratyan noted Armenia being
unable to develop further because of the monetarist policy of
authorities. `Mark Horton and his delegation cannot and do not have
the right to state such changes. This is already annoying. They know
everything very well. But after all this I wonder if they care about
what happens. Mark Horton would help Armenia noting the poor
fulfillment of 2011 budget', concluded Bagratyan.
