Syria terrorists come from Turkey, says Syrian-Armenian

The increased tension in Syria is linked with the growing number of
terrorists from other states, according to Vazgen Mesropyan a member
of the liberal-democratic party Hnchakyan.
Regnum news agency has quoted him as saying that Turkey greatly
contributes to the existing tension by `opening its border' to the
`terrorists' trained on the country's territory.
`I give you a 100-percent assurance that the Syrians are not the kind
of people the media claim they are. We were born in Syria, and have
grown up and worked with them,' he said.
Speaking of the Syrian-Armenians, Mesropyan said the community has
never faced any discrimination in the country.
`I is very well-known that Armenians develop any country they reside
in,' he said, adding that the community members have now to be ready
for both human and material losses.
According to him, the situation Kesab, an Armenian-populated town near
Turkey's border, is stable now, while the Armenians villages
surrounding Homs are in a terrible plight. As for the
Aleppo-Armenians, Mesropyan said they are trying to defend themselves
without weapons, enjoying the protection of the Syrian army. Mesropyan
added that the traditional Armenian parties now operate an emergency
center in the city.
