During today's session of the government, prime minister Tigran
Sargsyan demanded explanations from the minister of finances Vache
Gabrielyan on the abuses in the sphere of state purchases.
Vache Gabrielyan noted that the problems and mistakes are not reasoned
by the normative field where there are issues too, but mainly by the
administrative norms.
The minister proposed to change the leadership of the Purchase support
center which deals with those issues and shortcomings. The prime
minister instructed to work out the orders to fire the head of the
center, the deputy head and the department heads.
By the way, the head of the Purchase support center is the brother of
the minister of transport and communication Gagik Beglaryan.
