Russian authorities exclude the possibility of participation of
Armenia's second President Robert Kocharyan in presidential election
as well as his return as country's prime minister.
The paper claims Russia is dissatisfied with Kocharyan for trying to
include Western-oriented forces, including warm friend of Mormons
Vartan Oskanian, in the pro-Russian Prosperous Armenia party.
And if considering the remarks of first face of Mormons Mitt Romney
that their number one enemy is Russia, it becomes understandable why
Russia and Putin will not back Kocharyan's strive to return.
