Haykakan Zhamanak: Karabakh's FM already aoppointed

The decree of Karabakh's president Bako Sahakyan has not been
published yet but the appointment of Foreign Minister of Karabakh may
be considered already a fact.
According to the paper's sources, the Karabakh president was to
present the new FM Karen Mirzoyan two days ago but the intention was
postponed due to technical reasons.
Turkologist Mirzoyan was Karabakh's representative in Armenia. He has
had different offices in Armenia's Foreign Ministry.
